1. Scope and contracting model
These Terms govern access to Anager's websites, mobile applications, APIs, connected workflows, AI co-workers, enterprise workspaces, and related services. They apply to individuals using Anager directly and to organizations using Anager for business operations.
If you use Anager on behalf of a company, employer, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, 'you' and 'Customer' include that organization.
Enterprise order forms, invoices, data processing agreements, product-specific terms, app store terms, or written agreements signed by Anager may supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict, the signed enterprise agreement or order-specific terms control for that service.
2. Who we are
Anager is an AI operating system for companies, operated from Delhi, India. Anager connects business artifacts such as emails, documents, work cards, approvals, relationships, contracts, invoices, and connected systems so teams can work with governed AI co-workers.
For legal notices, privacy requests, security reports, and account support, contact hello@anager.ai unless a separate enterprise agreement provides a different notice address.

5. Inputs, outputs, actions, and customer content
You may submit, connect, upload, generate, or direct Anager to process content including prompts, files, emails, records, contacts, contracts, invoices, workflows, business profiles, approvals, and other data. We call this Customer Content.
Anager may generate responses, summaries, classifications, workflows, dashboards, reports, tasks, recommendations, and other outputs. Anager may also prepare or perform actions through connected systems when authorized and permitted by workspace policy.
- You retain your rights in Customer Content. You grant Anager the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, retrieve, summarize, secure, and display Customer Content to provide the services.
- Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on or use outputs.
- You represent that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis needed to connect systems and submit Customer Content to Anager.
- You are responsible for actions you approve, authorize, automate, or direct through Anager.
6. AI reliability, human review, and operational safeguards
Anager uses AI systems and third-party model providers. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for a particular use even when they appear confident or detailed. AI actions may not operate exactly as intended.
Anager is designed to support human judgment, not replace it. You must independently verify outputs before making legal, financial, HR, compliance, medical, safety-critical, employment, procurement, customer-impacting, or other high-impact decisions.
- Use approval gates for external messages, record changes, payments, contract decisions, HR decisions, and business-critical actions.
- Do not use Anager as the sole source of truth for professional advice. Consult qualified professionals where required.
- Do not bypass safety controls, access controls, review queues, rate limits, or audit mechanisms.
- Workspace owners are responsible for configuring roles, approval policies, connected systems, data access, and automation boundaries.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use Anager to violate law, regulation, contractual duties, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or third-party terms.
- Do not use Anager to deceive people, impersonate others, generate fraud, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, scrape systems unlawfully, or interfere with service security.
- Do not use Anager to make or materially automate decisions that are unlawful, discriminatory, or prohibited in areas such as credit, housing, employment, education, insurance, healthcare, public benefits, law enforcement, or migration without appropriate human review and legal basis.
- Do not upload or connect data you are not authorized to process, including sensitive personal data, regulated data, customer data, employee data, or confidential third-party data.
- Do not reverse engineer, crawl, extract, benchmark for competitive replication, resell, sublicense, or misuse Anager except as expressly permitted by a written agreement.
- Do not use outputs to train competing models or services unless we expressly agree in writing.
8. Connected systems and third-party services
Anager can connect to email, calendar, storage, CRM, finance, communication, document, and other business systems. These integrations are controlled by your authorization, the connected provider's permissions, and workspace policy.
Third-party services are not controlled by Anager. Their availability, security, privacy practices, rate limits, data quality, and terms may affect the services. You are responsible for maintaining permissions, subscriptions, and lawful access to connected systems.
9. Enterprise controls, audit, and data boundaries
- Workspace owners and administrators may configure access, connected systems, retention, approval rules, AI provider policies, and user permissions.
- Anager may maintain audit logs, execution logs, approval records, sync status, and security telemetry to support governance, investigations, compliance, reliability, and dispute resolution.
- Personal user memory, workspace memory, organization profile data, and connected system data should remain scoped according to workspace configuration. Users must not attempt to access data outside their authorized scope.
- Enterprise customers are responsible for notifying their users where workplace monitoring, admin access, or AI processing applies.
10. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data. By using Anager, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
For enterprise customers, Anager may act as a processor or service provider for Customer Content and as an independent controller for account, billing, security, product telemetry, and service administration data. A data processing agreement may apply for enterprise deployments.
11. Model providers, learning loops, and training
Anager may use model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, or other providers to deliver AI functionality. Workspace admins may be offered provider controls where available.
Anager does not sell Customer Content. For enterprise workspaces, Anager does not use Customer Content to train a general foundation model owned by Anager. Product improvement may use aggregated, de-identified, or safety-reviewed signals, and workspace-specific learning may improve that workspace's workflows, knowledge packs, and agent behavior.
Where third-party AI providers process Customer Content, Anager uses available commercial/API settings and contractual controls intended to prevent provider training on business content, subject to the provider terms and technical capabilities applicable to the integration.
12. Plans, fees, subscriptions, taxes, and upgrades
- Anager may offer free, trial, paid, usage-based, subscription, enterprise, or app-store-distributed plans.
- You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, usage charges, overages, and renewal amounts shown in the product, order form, invoice, or app store purchase flow.
- Unless required by law or stated in an applicable order, fees are non-refundable. App store purchases are also subject to the app store's billing and refund terms.
- If you upgrade, connect additional systems, add users, exceed usage limits, or enable premium AI/research capabilities, additional fees may apply after notice or acceptance in the product or order flow.
- We may suspend or downgrade access for unpaid amounts, payment failures, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
13. Ownership, feedback, and product intelligence
Anager and its software, designs, workflows, models, connectors, agents, prompts, templates, operating architecture, benchmarks, policy systems, documentation, and service components are owned by Anager and its licensors.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ratings, corrections, or improvement ideas, you grant Anager a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without obligation to you, provided we do not disclose your confidential Customer Content except as allowed by these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
14. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only to perform or receive the services, unless disclosure is authorized, required by law, or already public through no fault of the receiving party.
Enterprise confidentiality obligations may be expanded or replaced by a signed agreement.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using Anager at any time, subject to payment obligations and enterprise agreements.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is legal risk, security risk, abuse, non-payment, violation of these Terms, harmful use, or risk to Anager, users, third parties, or connected systems.
- We may preserve or disclose information when required by law, to enforce these Terms, protect safety, investigate abuse, or maintain service security.
- After termination, access to Customer Content may be limited or deleted according to product settings, retention rules, legal requirements, and enterprise agreements.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anager is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.
We do not warrant that AI outputs, actions, research, citations, classifications, extractions, summaries, workflows, dashboards, contract analysis, invoice analysis, or recommendations are correct, complete, current, legally sufficient, or suitable for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anager's total aggregate liability for claims relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of fees paid by you to Anager for the service giving rise to the claim in the six months before the claim arose or INR 8,500 for consumer/free-plan use, unless a signed enterprise agreement states a different liability cap.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or rights that consumers cannot waive.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anager and its affiliates, owners, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, model providers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, connected systems, approved actions, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the services, or unauthorized use by your users or credentials.
19. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and any signed enterprise agreement, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. Where arbitration is agreed in an enterprise order or required by a separate written agreement, arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat and venue in New Delhi, India, in English.
20. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security improvements, safety practices, pricing, or operating needs. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice through the product, website, email, or other reasonable means.
If you continue using Anager after updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using Anager and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
